Tip Rhinoplasty is the procedure to restructure the tip of the nose. But it can be open or closed rhinoplasty and cannot be the only tip rhinoplasty procedure. Secondary Rhinoplasty is a change or altering of the initial method it can be open or closed rhinoplasty, any changes need to be done for new goals after the initial process. Filler Rhinoplasty is a nonsurgical process. The two main limitations of this procedure are that fillers do not last as long as actual surgery, and fillers cannot decrease the size of the nose.
